One session in July 2014
July 30, 2014 Session in Sonoma
This session was all Eloheim, with no other council members.
Theme: E spoke at length about why they went to Austria and Turkey, and the energetic they were injecting into those areas.
In Turkey, they were broadcasting energetic alternatives, into that space and region, to wake them up.
In Austria, it was more about- Don’t forget what got you here. Be in the energy of creativity, building, coming together and bonding in the energy of shared desires…instead of splitting off into a bunch of individual desires that require stomping on the next person to get there (profit, success, growth)
E also talked about being an energetic alternative to the ‘I have a problem’ state, and our responsibility as energetic leaders.
Theme: Investment in stance- Stance is that moment of choice where something is occurring and you are choosing your reaction. In that moment of choice, you create your stance and your foundation. There’s so much freedom in that responsibility because its not predicated on anyone else’s reactions or any circumstance, result, preconceived notions, authority figure, survival instincts or habits. Be serious about refusing to engage with life with your old patterns. Game over on that. Develop a stance that is more unshakable, not finding yourself irritable or cranky about things because habitually you want them to go a different way. Instead, let how they are tell you something. Nothing can occur that isn’t developing you. This is my first choice- my plan all along, will go beyond being an intellectual exercise. Investment in stance means all that’s automated. It’s perspective, viewpoint, code(like a warrior), paradigm, and an uncompromised position that says- ‘That’s how I roll and I don’t need anyone else to tell me it’s okay, or do it with me or agree’. ‘I’m not sure’ is a safe place of metamorphosis.
Gradations of trigger:
-Full blast- You’re triggered and you act on it and say or do things you wish you never did.
– You feel it in your body, think it in your mind, and can’t let it go
– You just feel it in your body
– Trigger comes up and goes away
– It’s just not a trigger anymore
If there’s a trigger, there’s usually a perceived outcome that you’re afraid of. When you can stop focusing on the perceived outcome, trigger can go away. This can work especially well when you just feel it in your body.
