The session of March 28, 2012 began with me sharing about Mary and I going to San Francisco for a performance by Adam Lambert! You can see pictures on the radio station’s website here.

We had an amazing time!

After all that fun, I managed to forget an important cord and Mary managed to forget to turn on one of the recorders! It gave us all practice at staying in our own energy and thanks to John running back to my house, the show “went on”!

The focus of the session continued to be “staying in our own energy.” The Council perceived a powerful shift in the group’s ability to do so which allowed further teachings to be given. The meeting of March 21, 2012 continued the exploration of staying in “your own energy.” The video below is the Guardians opening the meeting. The Visionaries continued where the Guardians left off. Eloheim worked with the group in discussing “small triggers” they had discovered. Fred and the Girls contributed to the discussion. The Warrior continued his new story in such a powerful way it moved Veronica to tears. The Matriarch closed the meeting.

When Eloheim presented their idea for the March 14th meeting, I thought, “Oh boy, ok….this is going to be interesting.” I also had to shop. This may be the first meeting I have ever “had to shop for” I sure can’t remember any other!

Summary of the meeting:

Eloheim and the Council have been directing us towards a transformed way of living. We access this new way of living by being conscious in every moment of our lives; living consciously in our own energy aware of own nature in the midst of our everyday interaction with the physical world.

Recent meetings with the Council have been designed to help us with the step-by-step living of our truth in the physical reality.

For this meeting, Eloheim designed an exercise to determine if the group maintained their own energy in the midst of physical and energetic interaction with each other (this included the group from the internet).

Eloheim had Veronica prepare 20 paper bags by drawing various symbols on one side and including an object in each. The bags were stapled shut. Each group member selected a bag and Eloheim then questioned them about their moment by moment experience of the situation before, during, and after the bags were opened.

Eloheim’s inquires included:
How do you feel about the exercise?
What is it bringing up in you?
How well are you in your own energy as other group members share their experiences?

The reactions and responses of the group are fascinating as they show how the temptation to be in the past or future and the temptation to be involved in anothers’ “business” is so strong that we fall for it even when we are focused on not letting ourselves be distracted.

Eloheim illuminates the distractions and guides us in how to catch ourselves when we become unconscious and habitual so that our conscious emanation can be more consistent.

I just watched the march 14 webcast and thought it was really interesting. The range of reactions was surprising and it was an effective exercise.

I was totally triggered by the group’s reactions and really learned a lot about myself in the process!

This was such a fun-filled meeting and at the same time so very profound.

A behind the scenes photo!

The session of February 29th continued last week’s theme of “judgement is being mean to yourself,” this week’s session focused on the sneaky ways we judge ourselves and the ramifications of those judgements.

The Guardians stressed that we are in a very important time. We are rooting ourselves in level 5 and learning to abide in that level comfortably. We need to watch where we are tempted to think, “If I had…” They advised us to ask, “What is it that I look for from others and why haven’t I given to myself?” This question can reveal the places where we feel lack and help us realize our true, abundant nature.

The Visionaries pointed out that since we are living from a high vibrational place, we cannot look for someone else to fix our triggers. It’s important to love ourselves well and realize that we are already all that we look for from others. We cannot ascend the parts that we do not love. Fully embodying, “This trigger is mine” is totally different way of being in this world.

Eloheim spoke about the “sneaky ways we are mean to ourselves.” One of the ways we are mean to ourselves is by being caught in “preconceived notions” about what happiness, joy, and bliss are like. We often look outside of ourselves with those notions and be hard on ourselves for not matching a certain ideal. Mostly we have preconceived notions about “what we might require” to walk the path of ascension. It’s important to be comfortable in the “step by step” process.

The Girls stated that we have this inbuilt deep desire for change, so we WILL change no matter what, we decide at what speed we wish to change. It’s important to let go of the notion that there is something wrong if the speed of change is not up to our expectations. Instead it’s important to relax knowing that the transformation IS happening whatever the speed.

Fred encouraged us to continue to believe and lay new neural pathways of beliefs that “physical matter” can be modified by using free will. He reminded us that it’s important to manage our survival instinct’s strong reaction to this idea.

The Warrior continued the story of his journey when he was young sharing how step by step his experiences were allowing him learn to be more of “who he truly is.” He spoke about looking outside of himself to know he is “ok” and the result of that exercise.

The Matriarch expressed that one day we will know that it was never possible for us to “suck,” how amazing each step, each transformation, each effort, and each experience actually were, and how complete and whole we were/are in all of these experiences. She reminded us that it’s important to go step by smaller step, each smaller step we take gives us opportunity to know ourselves from that perspective which facilitates a deeper knowing of our self.

The 2-15-2012 meeting was very different. Eloheim was the only Council member to speak. They began the meeting by asking each person to write down the answer to the question, “What’s the best thing you have learned from the Council?” Eloheim then collected the answers and had each group member read someone else’s response.

Eloheim used this exercise to help us understand that we are deeply connected to each other and our answers show us, “It’s all me” (Level 7).

Eloheim asserted that no matter how stuck we may feel, we are transforming and addressing the recurring habitual patterns from a different energetic place.

Some of the most transformational tools discussed in this meeting:

What is true now?
Balancing chakras
Love yourself
This trigger is mine!
Shifting between levels consciously
Neutral observation
Compare me to me
Letting go of shame
Clarity vs. certainty
Uncertainty as the place of potentials
Setting boundaries
Insights instead of thinking

At the end of the session, Eloheim asked everyone to write down the next thing they wanted The Council to teach. This clearly illuminated the point that “We are one” because everyone wanted to move to the next level beyond “This trigger is mine” (Level 5). The group is looking for wholeness, how to maintain bliss, how to feel oneness as a state of being, and how to have a deeper connection with each other.

Eloheim pointed out that in order to live from aha to aha, we need to shift away from living from trigger to trigger. For that transformation to happen, our relationship to habitual cellular patterns of the body as the survival instinct kicks must change. They provided step-by-step instruction on this shift.

During the February 1, 2012 meeting, The Council addressed the importance of moving beyond the last pull of survival instinct to take the firm, strong, steps towards living our true emanation in the world. The energy of this meeting went to an entirely new level. It’s difficult to capture in the written word!

The Guardians spoke about their expansive, non-physical perspective on the energies.

The Visionaries asked us to “go live” with our emanation in the world and demand our emanation be reflected in our lives.

Eloheim spoke about standing up to the last grasp of the survival instinct and reminded us that the energetics of 2012 support us in walking away from old habits and patterns allowing us to emanate the truth of who we are in physicality. There were many, powerful examples from the group which Eloheim used to illuminate their teachings.

Eloheim pointed out that it’s very important to walk our emanation in the world and approaching any lingering old energy dynamics with the new eyes. Addressing an example from the group, Eloheim stressed fully expressing our truth in the world and not allowing other people’s opinions to tell us who we are. We have an opportunity to say “quality YES’s” and “appropriate NO’s.”

The Girls asked us to never forget how important it is to love ourselves and know that the world is not only full of triggers but to remember that there are so many amazing, beautiful things in the world to experience.

Fred reminded us that the opportunity that is provided to us right now is to live the truth that the universe was created for us. It’s all FOR us. It all IS us. This information cannot be processed by the mind, but can be known by the soul. When we realize I AM ALL, the limitations disappear.

The Warrior required us to grow a strong backbone to silence the last bit of survival instinct screaming to keep us limited in fear. They reminded that we are the expression of the beingness and the out breath of the creator.

The Matriarch encouraged us to trust in the completeness and magnificence of our true nature which they always see in us.

The Council’s main focus was to remind us about catching those last bits of unconscious triggers within, mainly by discussing the effective use of “This Trigger is Mine” level 5 awareness.

The Guardians were pretty intense as they asked us to watch our emanation in each moment, especially as we encounter our triggers. They advised that checking our energetic emanation is a great way to bring our attention to this moment, to our creations, and to taking responsibility for our reactions to our creations. They asked us to consider, “How can i take further responsibility for this emanation that is occurring?”

Visionaries reminded us, as our internal world is reflected in our external reality, it is important to look for our unconscious triggers. These can often be found by looking in the places were we make assumptions. Only by going through level 5 awareness will we get to level 6 which is, “The complete and utter willingness to stare at our triggers” and when they try to put their hooks in us, know that they are here for growth.

Eloheim spoke in detail about the difference between planning and focusing on outcome. SEE VIDEO BELOW The group offered powerful and humorous examples for Eloheim to work with.

Girls spoke about the discovery of additional layers we will encounter as we process a trigger. Triggers can be revelatory moments that continue to unfold.

Fred spoke about the flexibility of our consciousness as we navigate between fractal levels and he is facilitating the process of moving in a non-linear way to facilitate us experiencing ourselves in a new way.

The Warrior was straight forward about owning our truth and speaking our truth, even if it is at times, “I don’t know.”

The Matriarch brought our attention to the need for balance as we let the world in, the balance of setting boundaries and being open to new experiences. This balance will give us a foundation of wholeness as we interact with the external world.

The intense energies of this time are stirring up deep rooted triggers. The energies are poking at the sore wounds within, those parts which are stubborn and often bring out feelings of, “How can I ever integrate this?” The triggers are here because we love ourselves SO profoundly that, even in discomfort, we are willing to choose self-discovery.

The session was mainly about the effective use of level five, “This trigger is MINE!” as we face our last bits of unconsciousness.

The Guardians reminded us of the value of the opportunity we have when we gather with like-minded community to transform our lives. They brought our attention to the present moment. They spoke about the release of those last unconscious aspects, the places where we are hiding the last holdouts, the places where the baggage is invisible to us, and is deeply rooted in our cellular structures. They asked us to be brutally honest with ourselves about where we are still hiding from facing our truth. (see video clip)

They reminded us the need to BELIEVE that WE HAVE THE ABILITY to transform the triggers on a cellular level; a transformation which is totally supported by the energies of 2012.

The Visionaries appreciated the depth that we each have with in us. They reminded us that we have the full power to transform those last unconscious bits. Additionally, they pointed out that we are evolving our physical forms and that’s why we are constantly required to face our triggers and transform them.

Eloheim revealed out that when we claim, “This trigger is mine” we are also saying, “This moment is mine” because we are in the moment by choice, from self-inquiry, and self-love. This is the fractal way of experiencing life and being deeply in the moment. The discomfort we feel when we claim the trigger is the potential for discovery

Fred reminded us that we are the galactic beings, we are the expression of God’s curiosity, we are infinite and immortal, and we have been built to have the most wondrous experiences. Fred stressed the importance of emanating our TRUTH as it is, freely and without filters. As we emanate our truth this way, we dissolve our “limited beliefs” and allow ourselves to expand infinitely. Mastering level 5 is essential in order for us to fully move on to level 6 and the countless deeper levels.

I have loaded the entire meeting to YouTube as a thank you for your wonderful support. Eight parts. 90 minutes total. This meeting is the beginning of something new. I’m not sure what exactly, yet I feel it unfurling all around me!!! Welcome to 2012!!!!

The Council acknowledged that we are “already” in the 2012 timeline and NOW is the time to take complete responsibility for our creations, our reactions to our creations, and a final letting go of victim hood. If there is any area in our lives where we feel victimized, NOW is the time to let it go, because victim hood will not allow us to go where the energies of 2012 can take us. NOW is time to create as HOMO SPIRITUS with alternative levels of awareness, timelines, and human embodiment of the soul’s perspective.

Anything not in alignment with “creator consciousness” needs to be transformed to live in the 2012 timeline with ease, grace, and bliss.

Use the mantra “I refuse to dwell in victim hood on this subject” whenever we encounter issues which trigger victim hood. Ask yourself, “Is this thought worthy of me?”

The Visionaries stressed the importance of NOW being the time for “receptivity” of the greatness of us experienced, embodied, ensouled, and lived!” Nothing less is acceptable as a Homo spiritus. We are entitled to this evolutionary leap. We have moved past the point where fear gets to be in charge. A Homo spiritus individual KNOWS it all happens “for” him or her, thus Fear is NOT an appropriate reaction. Another mantra they suggest is, “I will NOT die while I LIVE simply to let the survival instinct relax for a moment.”

Eloheim gave a whiteboard demonstration on letting go of the addiction to outcome and how to master time. They explained how we can control aging, and choose many more options to create from beyond duality and moving linearly towards the OUTCOME. We can experience LIFE fractally. The pull of time is weaker when we go deeper in the levels. We can mess with the flow of time by exploring the deeper levels on this journey by fascination in uncertainty. Fixation on outcome and racing time devastates our vibrational Levels.

The Girls reminded us that loving ourselves through this process is the journey of Ascension. They reminded us to remember in all these explorations, NOT to lose sight of the beauty the surrounds us and the beauty of our physical form.

Fred shared with the group that he is holding deeper levels for us to explore as we tap into infinite possibilities. When we go deep in to the levels we have Fred’s energetic trail to support us so that we won’t feel alone. Now we have billions of levels to explore as we learn to stop time.

The Warrior was pretty direct about the throat chakra expression. It’s either being our truth or NOT. There is no middle ground.

The Matriarch contributed unconditional LOVE to the energetics and embraced us in deep love for the gift of our authenticity.
