The focus of this session stressed the importance of being in the emanation of our truth consistently. Eloheim created a very interesting exercise to generate situations to help us practice this.

The Guardians – Were rather intense as they reminded the group to stay in their individual energy fields. They explained that we are at a very important place in the ascension timeline right now. Maintaining our “centered in self” focus as we dig deeper into big patterns will reveal further layers to explore with each new level of expansion.

The Visionaries – Reminded us that the the energy of 2012 is very important and it requires strict spiritual discipline to take advantage of this opportunity. This lifetime, which is the culmination of many lifetimes of hard work and spiritual focus, aligns with a time when we are culturally and socially free to abide in deep self exploration and emanation of our truth.

Eloheim conducted an exercise with the group by calling each person to the microphone to answer four questions:

1) What does an AHA feel like?
2) What a trigger feels like?
3) How do you feel right now?
4) What was the thing that was distracting you from the exercise?

The exercise was conducted to highlight that “BEING CONSCIOUS and centered in our emanation” needs to be in every moment, in every situation, in every interaction, when we are alone and also in our dealings with the outside world. This is to facilitate living from level 5 and neutral observation.

The meeting of June 29, 2011 was one of those meetings where the entire Council builds on the same subject – To live as your truth, you must acknowledge your truth, and then use conscious awareness to create the transformation you seek. On 6-28-2011 I was interviewed on the Channels’ Channel radio show. This interview focused on how I became a channel, what it’s like to channel, and my insights on how it helps my spiritual journey. The Guardians: Have the intention for attention! What happens if the non-distracted truth of you is in this moment? The completeness of you includes your internal acknowledgment of shadow or shame. Let the truth of you be true.

The Visionaries: Conscious awareness creates transformation it cannot do anything but! Bring the truth of you to every moment. Described what living as Homo spiritus is like. YouTube video below.

Eloheim: Revisited the 10 things, Checking things off the list, Short factual statements, and Circle of possibilities tools and spoke about alternate expressions (past/future lives). They also reminded us that ascension includes ascending all lifetimes and that ascension doesn’t mean “up” but means that your soul comes in. Re-languaged the word abundance. If thinking could have solved it, it would have solved it long ago because you sure have thought about it enough!

The Girls: If something pops up in more than one area of your life, work on those first; they aren’t the hardest thing, they are the just the loudest!

Fred: One year anniversary! Fred spoke about the lament, “I want to go home!” Reminded us that home is within. “You come home to the interior truth and validity of you.”

The Warrior: Spoke about The Council’s tools. Asked us to make a list of our three favorite tools and bring (or email) the list to next week’s meeting. If you would like to learn about The Council’s tools, please refer to our books The Choice for Consciousness and The Homo Spiritus Sessions. They said that this information would give The Council the opportunity to evaluate how the tools are being used so that they can help us more effectively.

Matriarch: Was fascinated by The Warrior’s changed role on the Council and hoped we would all participate in the “home work” assignment.

Wednesday night included a wide range of topics. The overall subject was: Emanating the truth of you and loving yourself completely. The Visionaries talked powerfully about, “Where don’t I love myself?” Eloheim answered questions about the disappearance of the honey bees and the flooding in Pakistan. The entire Council was present at the meeting on July 14th. The video files recorded properly, but I can’t get any of my editing programs to work. I have been trying for several days now. I am sure I am learning quite a lot, but I mostly just get to deal with being frustrated. I decided to break my habit of clipping out video from the meeting and do something completely different. Check it out!

Visionaries: As we expand and become more conscious, we naturally take time to contract (go inward) to experience the change. The Visionaries advise us to be generous to ourselves in allowing for an expansion-and-contraction way of interacting with the world, rather than demanding that it has to be a certain way.

Eloheim: On being in the world: Allow for your vulnerability, and know that your truth is unassailable. Answered questions on fear of putting oneself out there on the Internet, and also on what would be a good spiritual topic to teach to eight-year-olds.

The Girls: When we go out into the world with our power chakras and our heart chakras, our second chakras are affected, also. The third chakra contains: “This is me taking me into the world,” and the second chakra contains: “This is me allowing the world into me.”

Warrior: Continues their story of going to see the king. They advise: Don’t let fears and habits tell you who you are.

Fred: Be open with willingness to more of the truth of you.

Matriarch: The truth of you can open into much, much more. The truth is a starting place to expand from.

Eloheim: Energetic billboard tool: Energetically what are you telling people about yourself? You’re a culmination of all your life experiences and now a culmination of your soul’s expressions and you’re emanating that into the world. Job interviews, you’re interviewing them to see if you want to emanate in their environment. Explains what a core emotion is.

Visionaries: Part of what is the conundrum for you about emanation is that you are uncomfortable with the completeness of you. The best place for you to start with owning your energetic is with owning your shadow.

Warrior: What have you conquered? You have conquered the inertia, you’ve moved past the procrastination, and you’ve transformed the fear that you feel when looking at your truth. You have moved into the right relationship with the truth of you.

Summary:

Guardians: Led the group in an exercise to energetically release parts of ourselves in order to open to transformation.

Visionaries: Discussed this time as a time of integration. We are integrating our alternate expressions and our soul’s energy. The advise us to be aware of the new energy that is coming into our beings, and be aware of the habits that keep us from integrating that energy.

Eloheim: Took questions on the topic of integration and more fully explored integrating alternate expressions and the soul’s perspective. This is an exceptional time that we live in and many of our issues are very intense, but we have assistance in dealing with our triggers. We are not alone in our journey.

The Girls: Advised us that as we integrate new energies into our beings, to be gentle with ourselves.

Matriarch: Encouraged us to open to the truth of ourselves by allowing that truth to be revealed to us. Closed the meeting by reminding us that they hold us in a loving way.

The Visionaries really don’t seem to breath! How can they say so many words with no break???

The Matriarch is just the opposite. She takes her time expressing her thoughts. Her energy is so powerful and present. I am getting quite a few reports of POWERFUL experiences happening during her talks.

This week’s meeting was an interesting combination of the Visionaries giving us a Holiday pep talk and Eloheim discussing how our ‘past’ lives will start to be integrated into our current expression. WOW.

We want to make sure that in the busyness of the season, you don’t lose track of the reality of the moment which is that you are accessing the completeness of you …. and you can have that be who you are in all moments.

Stay with this! Don’t let this slip away from you! Everything you have worked for and all the attention you have paid to being conscious …. have all led up to … “I am prepared for the next movement into the beingness of [me].”

As an infinite and immortal Soul, are you really going to be satisfied with ascending just one lifetime?

Visionaries: Want us to bring into focus the idea that our soul’s energy and perspective are available to us now. Urged us to seek our soul’s perspective in our everyday activities.

Eloheim: Talked about the how the Guardians are helping us with our heart chakras, and the effects we’re feeling. Urged us to practice being in the truth of ourselves no matter the situation. Also talked a bit about how our alternative expressions will become more apparent to us as we go forward.

This week’s meeting was WILD. It started off with me sharing a difficult situation in my life. I was crying and you can likely hear it in my voice. THEN, a NEW GROUP, The Guardians came in.

They are a very different energy to channel and boy was it strange. Then, Eloheim and The Visionaries contributed their perspectives to the discussion of ensouling the emotional system, the merging of the 3rd and 4th chakras, and finishing the questions from last week’s list.

It was an emotional night learning about emotions!

Summary: (First channeling of the Guardians)

Guardians: Introduced themselves and suggested we call them the Guardians.

Visionaries: Discussed where we are now and where we’re going with the 2010 energetic. They urged us to come to terms with our truth by “recommitting to the authentic expression of you, which is the ensouled energetic expressing physically in collaboration with the personality, and offering that as an emanation without it being dependent upon how it’s received.”

Eloheim: Talked about balancing the energy of our chakras, especially the third and fourth chakras. They also discussed how sometimes it’s hard to be graceful in telling the truth of ourselves. This is something that we will learn with practice. We can start by saying, “Even when I’m triggered, I can still tell my truth.”

Hello everyone from rainy Sonoma!

The meeting this week was an intimate affair. I took some time before the channeling started to chat about what has been going on in my life primarily having to do with (gasp) DATING!

The Visionaries took this ‘truth drop’ as an opening to discuss how to truthfully express the moment. This lead into a new tool for revealing the authentic nature of the ensouled self.

A completely new perspective on the things that you don’t want anyone else to know.

When truth is told authentically…it has a great magnetizing force.

In this moment, there is no future, there is only a moment where you can tell yourself a truth. Sit in the moment of, “This is true about my life.”

What are you using to show the world instead of showing the world this truth of you?

Visionaries: Talked about telling the truth about ourselves, and in doing so, discovering the static that lies between living as our complete beings. Gave us some pointers on what to do when the truths we reveal to ourselves seem overwhelming.

Eloheim: Discussed a companion tool for “What is true now,”—“What am I afraid of?” Further discussed ways to discover and heal the static in our lives. Closed with a “fun” question about the Pope talking about aliens!
