Yesterday was the 12th anniversary of the first public Eloheim channeling session way back in 2002.

I made a (very) rough estimate and figure that I’ve held around 650 public channeling sessions.

It doesn’t feel like it has been that many.

When I first started, I was so insecure about the process. I remember crying on the way to the meetings on many occasions. Back then, I couldn’t channel and process the information that I was channeling at the same time.

I’ve always likened it to those moving billboards in Time’s Square where the message scrolls across a few words at a time. In fact, I would often use that visual. I would pretend I could see a billboard and I would read the words that Eloheim “wrote” on it until I could relax enough (usually a few minutes into the meeting) to drop that tool.

Hearing the message three words at a time with no connection to the previous three words meant I had no idea what Eloheim was saying and spent the entire session wondering if anything made any sense. Folks kept coming back so I figured it must.

In the beginning, we had the “boyfriends and dead relatives” sessions. The questions asked of Eloheim were typically things like, “Is the guy I met in the grocery store yesterday going to become my husband?” and “How is my aunt/uncle/mom/day/brother/sister/friend that died doing?”

At some point, it changed. We started talking about Core Emotions and Eloheim began exploring their overall themes of living consciously, connecting with your soul’s perspective, neutral observation, and much more.

In June of 2009, half way through the journey, I started channeling the other Council members. Wow, was that a time! Every 2-3 months or so another Council member would join us until we finally had our current line-up of seven. I never knew WHAT was coming next and I said a lot of, “I am willing’s” for the year that it took to complete the process.

Now that I was channeling seven different groups/beings each week, the teachings exploded into new directions. We were given tool after tool to support our increased pace of evolution. New themes became the focus: emanation, What is true now?, exploring our Warrior energy, releasing long-held energies, trajectory, stance, self-love.

New tools that rocked my world were shared: This is my first choice, I’m tempted to, Short factual statements, and more. The Council was empowering us to experience human life from a brand new place, to evolve the human form while in the body. To connect with our non-physical selves and bring more of that wisdom into this life. To move from Homo sapiens to Homo spiritus.

We went into “book mode” publishing 26 titles in less than three years. What a time that was! We searched the archives finding Eloheim’s definitions of over 120 terms and put a glossary in each book to make sure that the reader had the best chance of understanding what Eloheim was trying to convey.

We wrote up the explanations of 60 of Eloheim’s tools and gathered real-world experiences of using the tools to support a well-rounded explanation for the reader.

About this time, we held our first annual retreat with Eloheim. An amazing gathering in Sonoma, CA followed by another a year later that took everything to brand new levels and included miraculous transformations.

Fred (one of the Council members) decided to introduce a new teaching, fractal living, which expanded everything in all sorts of new, dare I say fractal, ways.

Eloheim had finally “had it” with the disempowering way people would say, “Why, if I’m a creator, did I create this horrible life?” and set out to explain how Creating Your Reality really works. We published a deck of cards and supporting material to do just that.

Shortly afterward, I took Eloheim and The Council to Europe for retreats in Austria and Turkey. Talk about expansive, life-changing experiences!

I barely recognize the woman who was me at the beginning of this journey. My connection with Eloheim has become more blended; we share many of my moments outside of the channeling process.

My life has been deeply enriched by meeting the rest of the Council and learning from them.

I have witnessed profound and lasting change in the lives of those who encounter the teachings; it’s an absolute honor to walk this road with them.

As I conclude this post, I’m reflecting on tonight’s scheduled channeling session and our retreat planned for early next month. Even though I am now able to follow the channelings as they happen, I still never know what they are going to say next.

I sit down, I close my eyes, I am willing.
