I have a lot of self-judgment concerning body-image. Both negative and positive, but lately, mostly negative. It’s so deep-seated that it almost feels like a core emotion issue.
Would you please discuss any tools that I can use to help me move through this?

 
Do we indeed incarnate with a group? And if so, can the group have a common theme that they are exploring, such as power, addiction, poverty, etc?

I am almost up to date with the newsletters!

Last week was a very powerful session. Eloheim perceived a new ‘portal’ and passed the baton over to the Visionaries to explain it. The Visionaries explained it all in CLASSIC Visionaries fashion (which means that I barely get to breathe as they say so many words in such a short time.) I included their entire section in the video clip. Here are some quotes from the Visionaries:

You have a different opportunity of experiencing you now.

You have desired this opportunity and it has arrived.

The moment is the only place I want to live. I experience myself completely only as I experience myself experience the moment.

Addiction to the past and the future is a bad habit that you are ready to set aside. It is a play thing of children. It is not for the adults on the spiritual journey. The past and the future really are empty calories. It is not the place where you can actually experience yourself.

Now that our submission is finalized, I have time to create the videos from the last two meetings and to upload the finalized transcripts I have stacking up on my desk!

I am starting with the Q&A webcast held on Sunday, May 16th. It was a great session and there is a lot of really interesting information included. Eloheim described how they see the energetics of our questions and explained how to phrase questions to maximize their effectiveness.

The video features a question about how to find a job or purpose that makes your ‘heart sing.’

Remember, when you are interviewing for a job, you are interviewing THEM! Can I emanate the completeness of me in this space? Do I want to?

What part of you are you showing me? What is this telling me about me.

The first thing you have to do when you wish to make a change is to say YES to now. You have to sit into, What is true now?, first.

This situation is here to teach me something not just make me suffer until perfect shows up!

Here are some of the questions answered during the meeting:

I am currently working with youth and children that have been medically diagnosed with various mental and emotional disorders and that come from very difficult backgrounds and situations, and at best are very difficult to interact with. Despite using my tools when I remember to, how can I best reach these children, while still being in integrity and not compromising myself.

I have not been able to determine my passion, what I am here to do. I am actively looking for a job, still need to create money flow. What I really want is to do something that my heart would sing. Please help me to determine what it is so I can create it.

Can you go over again the whole process of manifesting something specific into our experience, especially the requesting part?

HOW and WHY is it that a child can manifest very similar experiences to their parent often around the same age as the parent when the parent had the similar experience?

In my understanding, if all is perception and our reality and experience is based on that which is perceived by our conscious selves, is then the information that is given to us by you, The Eloheim, your own perception of how this ascension process should best unfold for us all? Or Or….do we each of us hear it differently according to our own perception, understanding and unique personal journeys?

Hi Eloheim, on the subject our hidden stuff….while I am doing the money mantra and telling myself that everything works out at the perfect time in the perfect way, I realized that although I am saying it to myself I really don’t believe it. The result is an ongoing stomach issue. How can I really believe the positive stuff because deep down I am not confident in it?

I am afraid my body can’t hold the light it is supposed to.

Instantaneous manifestation.

In relation to what was discussed in the last meeting about acknowledging the changes in yourself first and then the outer will express that change. How does that work with something like instantaneous manifestation where you can believe that it is possible but haven’t actually experienced it yet? You know the potential is there but how do you get past that hump without something instantaneously manifesting?

Could you please talk about the re-wiring of body to hold increasing flow of light, and the symptoms, outcomes, what to expect, and how to help the body through this process?

If my husband mirrors me, wow! He stubbed his toes on a chair and blamed me. Was it about me or him?

Will we ever unravel or peel all of the layers or is it an never ending process where once you get to another level, there is a whole new set of layers to peel albeit from that particular stage or dimension of consciousness?

I am experiencing flow of energy through my body. It is sound like in my head, concentric circles like from my heart. In my stomach I feel no flow, and it shows physically as pain, feeling blockage. I would like you to help me move the energy in the muddle of my body by bringing the blocks there to my consciousness. I am accepting where I am and want to move to experiencing fit, flexible, strong body that brings joy of ease.

When you say “the light worker type” what do you mean?

We just learned we have advanced to Round 2 of the Next Top Spiritual Author contest. Round 2 officially starts on May 24th.

Hello everyone!
Last night’s meeting was a lot of fun. The Visionaries ‘stole’ Eloheim’s planned topic so Eloheim switched to discussing and expanding upon their Pin The Tail On The Donkey example. It is all captured in the video below and had everyone laughing.

The Girls, Guardians, Warrior and Matriarch all contributed to the meeting as well.

The Warrior’s contribution was especially powerful this week. I am getting more and more….I don’t think comfortable is the right word, but perhaps able is…able to hold the Warrior’s energy. There are so many visuals when I channel the Warrior. None of the other Council members come in with such a mental movie playing in my head.

Matriarch: Encouraged us to connect with them through the heart chakra, and discussed the process of growth and change. You take in, and then you release that which you don’t need. You allow high-vibrational information to come in, which displaces low-vibrational information. You allow consciousness in, which displaces victimhood and fear.

Visionaries: There is a misunderstanding that you are going to “get somewhere” past this and that this is what you’re doing by ascending; No. You are here now. It’s the journey, not the destination. The only place where things are happening is here, now.

Eloheim: The question of You. Accumulation of all of the “now’s” is ascension. You can’t get ascension until you get “the now.” The triggers you experience are the hand holds for you to climb with. Sandpaper people—You can ask for the same lesson to come to you in another way from someone less harsh. It’s up to you. With possibility comes responsibility comes free will transformation. Keep your “wax” precious to you—share your flame, keep your wax for yourself.

Girls: Don’t give your wax away—You can love yourself most/best—transform your inner most secrets by making clear, concise statements about them and looking again. The gift that you give to the all that is; is self-love. Short, factual statements. Stay present in the moment.

Warriors: We empower you all to show up with your tools. Which tools do you carry close to you?—Most comfortable tools? Keep them sharp and clean; in good repair; get new ones all the time. PRACTICE THEM. Use every opportunity to practice. Be not afraid to practice. Be ready to USE them.

On to this week’s meeting!

The meeting included all six members of The Council sharing their insights. The video below includes Eloheim speaking about lack and how to ensure that you are comparing YOU TO YOU here in 2010 and not somewhere in your past.

Eloheim also talked about what The Council does at the meetings. The Girls took Eloheim’s “What is your left big toe doing?” tool to another level. The Warrior took us deeply into how to access our alternate expressions (past lives) and receive the gift that even violent lifetimes have for us. The Guardians did multiple energy clearing sessions. The Visionaries talked about the overall picture and The Matriarch did another powerful meditation.

Summary:

Guardians: Energetically you can release without having to understand or know or examine even everything that comes off.

Visionaries: Now, the grand step that’s currently ready for you is the grand step that says, “I can live, I can live, from consciousness.” We want to facilitate you living from a position of consciousness where in essence, as Eloheim has called it, it becomes a healthy habit to default to consciousness.

Eloheim: Tool – who answers the door? Describes how the Council communicates. Tool – . “I am in financial flow and money comes to me in infinite ways,” Lack is one of the lowest-vibrational states you can find yourself in.

The Girls: We want to make sure that you recognize that you’re in a body. You’re in a bod-y. And your body needs from you love for you.

Warrior: You want knowledge of and acknowledgment of the foundational aspects of the Warrior lifetimes.

Matriarch: When you find yourself confused or distraught or mixed up, there can be solace in the idea and the fact that you’re not alone. But not simply, “I’m not alone, I’m not alone,” but, “I am part of something that is non-divisible.” Non-divisible.

Summary:
Guardians: Opened the meeting by offering us a clearing of any energetic excess we no longer need.

Visionaries: Told us that all of the Council walks with us through our world. Discussed triggers: A trigger is an opportunity for you to know you; and then the next step, out of the triggered state and into consciousness, is you expressing the vision of you.

Eloheim: Took comments and questions about last week’s experience of the new Warrior energy coming through, and how it affected people since then.

The Girls: Looked at what the second chakra energy in our lives really means, from the fun aspects to the very serious aspects.

Warrior: Told us that judging ourselves, especially in our shadow aspects, brings suffering. Advised us to remember that our reactions to triggers are a choice.

Matriarch: Talked about lifting the veil from our true selves and allowing ourselves to experience our true nature. Asked us to accept the paradigm shift away from: “Will I ever get there?” to: “I’m there and I just need to reveal the truth of me.”

In other BIG news, I have entered the Next Top Spiritual Author Contest.

The Next Top Spiritual Author Contest has been set up by James Twyman and Robert Evans, in conjunction with the publishers Hampton Roads, who are offering a book contract. Three runners-up will get the chance to work with James Twyman and be introduced to publishers in the spiritual field.

Since we have been planning a book on Eloheim’s teachings, this seemed liked the ideal opportunity to get it done!

Here’s how it works:

Authors to submit a video or audio pitch and to encourage friends to vote for them. Voting starts on 29th March – we’ll post the link when it goes live. Voting continues until 3rd May and the 200 authors who have received the most votes will progress to the next round. They expect more than 2000 entries.

The Warrior did make his/her/its first appearance during this meeting. I have needed the last six days to feel completely myself again. It is big energy! I didn’t include them in the video because, frankly, I can’t watch that section of the video without feeling their energy and I haven’t been ready to carry their energy again.

I AM ready for tonight so we will see if they come in again.

Summary:
Guardians: Opened the meeting by encouraging us to put aside our thinking patterns and bring our attention to the moment.

Visionaries: Advised: Invite your soul’s energy to drop in more, and if questions arise, love yourself enough to move those questions into the heart chakra. So as questions arise, just allow that space to be cleared, and then as the soul’s energy comes in, do not decide ahead of time what the soul’s energy is going to feel like, just allow.

Eloheim: Discussed preparing for the warrior energy to enter, and what is happening as we investigate our shadow aspects. There can be fear around what examining our shadow will bring into our lives. Consciously examining your shadow creates more consciousness, not more shadow.

The Girls: As you go through deeply spiritually transformational processes, such as clearing out energy that’s been around for a very long time, try to do from a position of love and respect of yourself.

Warrior: First appearance. They told us that they will hold the space for us to safely explore what we have been hiding from ourselves, and that they will be with us and support us in our journey.

Matriarch: Closed the meeting with a short, loving reminder that they hold us and support us.
