  I love and appreciate you beyond words. That you bring the Visionaries into this realm in such a powerful way awes me. As always they seem to read my mind. I Am Not Dead! I do want to say that sometimes when the build up happens I think death would actually be a relief. Egads!

  I’ve been going deeper into the discomfort to try to pinpoint where my anxiety comes from and two things keep coming up. Fear of what other people will think of me and fear of what “I” think of me. This is journal worthy.
