Wednesday’s meeting included The Guardians, The Visionaries, The Girls and Eloheim talking about the energies of March, 2010 which they summarized as: The Flow of Fascination. There was also a discussion of just how deeply we are choosing for the situations we experience. The Matriarch closed the meeting with a very powerful meditation.

Summary:
Guardians: Opened the session by asking us to focus into allowing ourselves to feel the energetic of the moment in our bodies.

Visionaries: Went further on the topic of energetic integration. Cautioned us not to decide ahead of time just exactly what that integration is going to be like. Fascination in the moment allows integration to be revealed. Integration then emanates a difference. That emanation creates a further new expression.

Eloheim: Brought us into a fuller discussion of the idea of using Fascination, Integration, Emanation as a tool. Fascination with the moment. Integrating alternate expressions. Emanating the changed energetic. The group gave examples of things they are fascinated with. Eloheim expanded and discussed these, and the role of choice in our spiritual growth.

The Girls: Talked about the idea that during the process of Fascination, Integration, Emanation, it’s very easy to slip into frustration. They went on to look at frustration and what it can signal about your journey.

Matriarch: Closed the meeting by leading us in an exercise to open and experience the heart chakra.

Last night’s meeting started off with 10 minutes from the Visionaries. They came in to further explain the “What is true now” tool and to offer encouragement to us to continue using it.

Eloheim spoke for 78 minutes. They offered deeper insight into how the “What is true now” tool works (with examples). Eloheim also covered obsessive thinking, gave a preview of the energies of 2010, talked about clearing the cells of the body, and much, much more.

The section of the meeting I chose to offer in video form is Eloheim’s answer to a question about wanting to lose weight (both physical and energetic). It has been a long time since Eloheim addressed this issue and their answer felt very powerful to me.

Acknowledge triggers in a new way in order to transform the outcome of those triggers.

My external self is starting to shift to reflect the inner truth of me. I am ready for the physical expression of me to reflect the truth of me I am knowing now.

Until you say YES to the moment you can’t change it.

Visionaries: Discussed “What is true now” and its use in uncovering our baggage. Issues that we’re unconscious about are always baggage until they become tools. Consciousness shifts baggage—either throws it off the ship or transforms it into a tool. “What is true now” points out the places where you get to make that choice so that we can ask ourselves, “Is this something that is an asset or is this something that’s a liability?”

Eloheim: Opened with a discussion of “What is true now,” and then took questions about how people were experiencing the new tool in their lives. This led to one especially deep discussion of body image/body weight and past experiences affecting our current lives.

Hello everyone,
Wow, last night was great. The meeting had two distinct sections. The first was Eloheim following up on the Visionaries’ teaching of last week, “What is True Now?” Click here to review that message.

Many people (in person and by email) reported that it was quite challenging to be in the moment in this new way. It sure has been for me!

The second part of the meeting was VERY interesting. Earlier that day, Eloheim had asked me to make sure I had a $50 bill in my purse. They proceeded to pass that bill around the circle asking everyone to just, “Take a moment” with it.

Then they asked everyone to instantaneously manifest a $50 bill in their hand.

The conversation that followed is condensed in the video. The very end of the video includes a detailed one-on-one example of using the tools that Eloheim describes.

WHEW!

It really takes, “What is True Now?” to the next level and gives some really interesting insight on manifestation, creation, and being in the moment.

Eloheim: Why it seems so hard for us to be into the moment. Our habits have tended toward victim hood. Allowing the mind to take a back seat and experience the moment without it being thought-dominated. Making space and then finding what is there to connect in that space. Hello everyone,
We had a great meeting this week.

This is an unusual video as I actually put the clips in reverse chronological order.

Lately, the concept of judgment has come up in a lot of private sessions. Eloheim has a very powerful tool to help us know when we are in judgment and when we are in preference. The first part of the video came at the very end of the meeting, but since it has been the “hot” topic lately, I moved it to the front of the clip.

You think it is hard enough already, don’t make it harder by creating energetics that you then have to heal because you need to justify your position in order to state a preference because of habit, fear, or, or or.

So this is incredibly liberating.

State preferences and don’t require [the experience of] anger, habit, divisiveness in order to feel safe having a position that you own.

It also makes it a lot easier if you change your mind!

The second part of the video is Eloheim responding to a person who was attending our meeting for the first time. Eloheim summarizes the emphasis of their teachings for the last two years in just about 5 minutes. I WAS impressed. It is really interesting to get in all in one place.

Also included is a discussion about how much of your Soul you are embodying. They haven’t talked about this in quite awhile so it was really nice to get an update.

Hello everyone,
The Eloheim channeling of June 17, 2009 was held in Sonoma, CA. The meeting focused on discussion and information following the appearance of the Visionaries during the meeting of June 10th.

Eloheim spent the meeting answering questions and ‘getting us all on the same page’ so that we can move forward.

Eloheim made it clear that we have been rebooted and are in a brand new place: Finding delight in the idea that ‘we don’t know anything’ about living from the Soul’s perspective so all things are new.

Eloheim did indicate that we may continue to have ‘special guests’ at the channelings. So, even in that way, we are in a new beginning!

This video focuses on our increasing ability to create physical changes in our bodies using consciousness.

Hello everyone,
Wednesday May 27 was a big day. First a little background.

About three years ago, I was the co-host of a talk radio program here in Sonoma, CA. Michael and I were on the air from 7-10am weekdays. We had the opportunity to interview everyone from the boy scouts to celebrities and all sorts of folks in between. All total, we did about 750 hours of radio together.

Live radio doesn’t give you the chance to ‘do over’ or film another take. You are flying by the seat of your pants and living by the quickness of your wit.

Who might be on the phone when you push that blinking button?

Who might walk in the door and want to have their say?

What does that email contain if the subject line is: WHAT THE **** ARE YOU GUYS TALKING ABOUT THAT FOR!

It makes me laugh just thinking about it.

Michael, a radio veteran, picked me, a complete radio novice, to co-host the show with him. He knew I could do it. He believed in me. He taught me how to run the board, how to interview, how to trust yourself to lay your opinions and your heart out there.

Radio is weird. You talk to a microphone. There is very little feedback. You really need to believe in yourself to maintain it for three hours.

Michael trusted in me and I learned to trust in myself. It was cool.

It was also hard at times and, for an empath with my specific core emotion, sometimes virtually impossible, but it was COOL.

Late Tuesday night, Michael, while riding his motorcycle, ran into a man on a skateboard. They both remain in critical condition.

This incident and my interaction with it created the theme for the Eloheim session of May 27. I have prepared two 10 minute videos. There just didn’t seem to be a way to convey what Eloheim was sharing in a shorter time. I have also added a video from the end of the meeting where they define Grace, Ease, and Bliss.

Veronica has a friend involved in a motorcycle crash and is in critical condition in the hospital.
-Eloheim-this is an opportunity to grow-easy to go into habit in this type of situation-there is more here that I am not conscious of I am willing to offer something else neutral observation practice.
-The biological reaction will be survival mode-associate self with incident.
-Saying I’m sorry for your loss is neutral if you keep your vibration out of victim.
-On a soul level it is not a loss; it’s an experience
-Recognize the body’s need to release crying or sleeplessness.
-It’s not about stopping the crying, its about owning the reason you are crying.
-Opportunity to consciously experience body emotions.
-Several group members share experiences along lines of trauma.
-What’s happening is that you are no longer able to physically make an unconscious statement. Better to keep your mouth shut than lower your vibration to fit in.
-Its about EASE, GRACE and BLISS

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!

We held our first Eloheim gathering for 2009 last Wednesday. Eloheim was READY! The meeting began with an extended talk about what the new energetic of 2009 means for us.

The channeling session of December 17, 2008 was quite unusual. Eloheim decided to give each person at the meeting a ‘mini session’. They walked around the circle working and talking with each person. This clip comes from a section of the meeting where Eloheim was ‘taking a break’ and sat down to share the Three Spiritual Decisions.

During this clip you will see something that doesn’t happen very often! I blocked Eloheim’s ability to share their story by wanting to use my brain to remember the first time this story had been shared.

Eloheim decided, for the first time, to not coddle me in this, but to wait for me to stop trying to ‘figure it out’ before sharing the rest of their message. In the past, they would have worked with me to make me feel more comfortable. This time, they just waited me out.

There is always learning available!

By the way, YES, it was cold that night. Remember, this is California. When it gets down to 31 degrees outside, it feels VERY COLD to me! Some might notice that I am sitting directly in front of the fireplace. You might also notice that I didn’t feel warm enough to take off my hat. Freezing is FREEZING to this California native!

This clip focuses on the Three Spiritual Decisions, the change in energy between 2008 and 2009, creating your reality, being a victim, the call to light workers for spiritual focus, and much more.

It is really amazing to see the Eloheim teachings working in my day-to-day life. Here is a doozy of an example from last night!

Wow, what an interesting experience I had tonight. It started off rather simple. I was doing some laundry. I heard the dryer stop so I carried another load out to the machines and set the clothes on top of the dryer. I started removing the clothes from the dryer and realized that they were still wet. I had a moment of panic thinking that the machine might be broken, but caught myself and went into “what is this teaching me” mode. That completely changed the experience. I felt as though I ‘got bigger’ in some way. I clearly experienced having access to more than just my own thoughts.

I tried starting the machine again, but there was no response to my repeated pushing of the ON button. I remembered that when this had happened once before and my landlord has easily fixed it. I couldn’t remember WHAT he did, but I knew it was possible that there was a quick fix to be had.

This too is teaching me. Ask for inspiration.

I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in…no dice. Then, inspiration hit, maybe it was a fuse! Sure enough, when I opened the breaker box, one of the fuses was flipped. I slid it back and forth and gave the ON button another shot. Wallah! Clothes started getting dry. I left the laundry basket in the walkway to remind me to continue the laundry process once I returned from the channeling meeting. Sometimes I am a bit out of it after the meetings, so I knew this would be a great and needed reminder.

I went about getting ready for the meeting. I loaded up the car taking extra care to remember all the plugs for the camera and computer. I was very conscious during my preparation. I gathered some firewood so that I could get the room warm before everyone arrived. I had plenty of time to get it all ready. I had everything I needed.

Once the car was loaded, I went back in for my keys to lock up the house and get on my way.

NO KEYS

I am quite habitual (yikes it is hard to even type that word these days) about where I put my keys. There is a hook by the door and that is where they go. I haven’t lost my keys in years. I don’t even think about it (yikes, again).

So, I look around….and I keep looking….and now I am going to be late to the meeting and still no keys. I had them yesterday when I came home from the store, maybe they are in the refrigerator or the freezer or in with the silverware or in my dresser drawer or …. I mean I LOOKED. Maybe they are under the couch, on the front porch, under the bathroom sink, in the garbage or the recycling ….. WHERE could they be?

While I was looking I was asking, What is this teaching me?

See, I KNOW I shouldn’t drive myself to the meetings. I haven’t driven myself to a Wednesday meeting for YEARS. I was just going to be stubborn and do it this week. I had convinced myself it would be OK. I won’t be THAT out of it.

Yeah right!

I knew I should have called for a ride or called a cab or SOMETHING, but I was being stubborn. I knew (was conscious) it wasn’t a good idea and now the keys are lost!

I also knew better than to try and get Eloheim to tell me where the keys were. I knew that they would just laugh at me. They might say something along the lines of, What are you Learning? and leave it at that. I knew what I was learning AND I knew if I found the keys I would ignore what I was learning, be stubborn, and drive myself anyway.

I called the cab company, they said it would be at least 20 minutes…. I called three people for a ride, couldn’t connect. It was getting later and later.

Now, I was LATE for the meeting and still stranded. Finally I got in touch with someone at the meeting who came and got me.

I wasn’t panicked, but concerns did arise. Most of my concerns fell into the category of “that’s my core emotion showing up again.” I was able to set those concerns aside quite easily (and that is extremely cool).

While I was waiting for my ride I looked around and asked, What is this teaching me? I really sank into the moment and the beauty of Sonoma at night. Thoughts/Concerns came up and I let them drop away with, ‘accept this moment.’

That was very, very, cool.

Eloheim, of course, had plenty to say about me losing my keys during the meeting.

Afterward, I arrived home and saw the laundry basket. Ah Ha! Good planning! I will check the dryer and start another load. I walked up to the laundry machine and moved the dirty clothes (which I had left there when the dryer had malfunctioned earlier) out of the way so I could access the washer.

Sure enough, there were my keys!

Now, there is absolutely no need for me to have keys to use the laundry. It is not a shared laundry facility, there isn’t even a door. I wouldn’t have needed my keys to get in the car as I don’t lock it while I am home. There is NO reason for my keys to be outside of the house unless I am actually going to drive my car and I hadn’t needed to drive my car in the last 24 hours.

How they found themselves outside under dirty laundry I will never know. The most interesting part is that IF the dryer hadn’t malfunctioned, I would have found the keys well before I needed them as those dirty clothes would have been been clean by then.

Wait, do you think the keys were there the whole time or did they just hide there until after the meeting? (Yikes, good thing I don’t need to answer THAT one!)

The bottom line is that the keys hid so that I could learn something.

What did I learn? Among other things:

Don’t drive yourself to the meeting. Ask and someone will pick you up, even if they have to drive across town to do it.

If the dryer stops working, check the fuse box before you decide it is broken.

When you know you have a plan of action that isn’t supporting your high vibrational state, reconsider the plan.

Soul’s are very clever!

I really love Sonoma and even when it is cold out it is still nice to go out and look at the view.

The whole experience wasn’t harder on me than it needed to be. I found the keys within 3 minutes of getting home. I am grateful for that. Who really wants to try and replicate your entire ring of keys? NOT ME!

AND MOST OF ALL

Wow, I really have gone through a lot of transformation. Before Eloheim’s teachings I know I would have been completely triggered and made myself miserable in the process.

I was able to be conscious of the issues as they arose in me and deal with them in a much more balanced way. That sure is an easier way to live.
